The building was completed in 2003 and is four-storey with two wings and a central wing, equipped with barrier-free access and a lift. The school has rooms with different layouts. These include classrooms, a concert hall with a capacity of 180 seats, a small theatre with a capacity of 40 seats, an orchestra and ensemble rehearsal room, a dance hall, a listening studio and art studios. The building of the Elementary School was built according to the project of the design office BC Projekt Ing. Arch. K. Blanka and Ing. V. Čech. Next to the ZUŠ there is a newly built park Kociánka.
