Hospital Ústí and Orlicí currently has over 330 beds. In 2022, a new modern pavilion with an emergency room was opened. The new four-storey building at Orlickoústecký Hospital centralizes emergency acute care. The hospital falls under the Pardubice Region Hospital, with the possibility of using all five regional hospitals for filming purposes.
